Kangyuen Printing is a full service print and packaging business with the logistical abilities to service any client in Johor Bahru and Singapore.
Since this printing business was founded by our Managing Director Winson Tay in 1988, we have grown to a medium-sized operation with more than 40 employees. We cater for all the printing and packaging requirements of our growing client database for their daily business needs.

Services & Facilities
At Kangyuen Printing, we have the right people, skillsets and machineries to get the job done. From the moment we received confirmation from our clients to go ahead, our staff will request for the graphic design to be emailed to us. It is preferable that our clients supply the designs as we specialize in printing and packaging. However, if you require design assistance, just let us know and we can help you with that.
Once the graphic designs are approved by our clients, we will proceed to print the image on a computer plate (using Computer-to Plate technology) which is then loaded into our offset printing presses to commence printing.
Once printing is done, the printed materials will be sent to the Cutting team before it can go to our Handiworks team. Depending on what type of job it is, our Handiworks team will do all that is necessary to complete the final products. If the printed material needs to be cut out in any particular shape, our Die-cutting team will be responsible for seeing it through.
Quality assurance is our paramount focus. We have a documented process and a dedicated Quality Assurance team to maintain the highest standard. In order for our clients to truly enjoy their Kangyuen Printing experience, we believe that our clients must be completely satisfied with the final print and packaging products. We will always work closely and communicate with our clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
In the final step of the printing process, we will package and deliver the finished goods to your doorstep in time for your desired usage.

Graphics Design team
Our in-house keyboard warriors will labour all day and night to ensure that the designs supplied by our clients are print ready. They will also proof read and make sure everything is typographical error free before the image is printed on the computer plates. Multilingual, focused and experienced, they are crucial in the printing workflow.

Printing Press team
Our highly trained printing press operators all have superman’s eyes that can see through the different spectrum of colours and spent thousands of hours printing over the years. This skillset only comes with years of training and experience. Not only so, our German-built Heidelberg printing presses are beasts that can churn out tens of thousands sheets per hour.
